It's Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent: 40 days (44 with Sundays) till April 14th, for the Catholics. It's a childhood ritual for me, but it's a good way to get into pre-summer mode! Gonna try to give up sugar. Ate popcorn and chocolate bars yesterday for Fat Tuesday LOL. Gave away items like peanut butter, jam and cookies. I know I won't be 100% with all the sugar in processed foods; will give it a good effort! Especially since my sisters decided to join me and will check up on me! LOL LOL LOL
137.1 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
