Slept 7.8hrs mask leak.
Legs face hands stomach bloated and painful. Exceedingly fatigued. Gained ~2lbs per day since Feb 15.

Feb 24 288.0lbs at 11:30pm

Resting BP at 11pm 141/86 104 (usually 120's/80's every morning)

I have only made 2 changes to my diet in Feb:
✳1. I bought 2 No-Sugar treats on Feb 17 that I thought I could eat in moderation at just 1 per day.... and it turned out I over-indulged. The peanut butter cups and Voortman cookies became a gnawing thoughts in my brain.

I threw out what was left this afternoon, by dumping 14 peanut butter cups & 3 cookies in my food waste kitchen compost container.

✳2. Second change was trying to consume 1/2 scoop of LeanFit Plant Based Protein Powder so I could reach 70g protein per day (1 scoop is 21g protein) It does not have much salt, but is does have calories, and Instead of averaging 1100 calories per day, I am now at 1200-1300 calories per day. So I am going back to 1100 calories maximum per day from today onwards.
130.6 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 64.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awwww sounds like you learned something important. (I know I cannot have any treats in my pantry, or I keep hearing their voices until I indulge.)

The only treats in my home as of today (Mar5) are unsalted walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, plain popcorn kernels, stone wheat thin crackers, rice crackers, dried prunes, and frozen blueberries, cherries, raspberries. I just cannot trust my judgement with chocolate, bakery sweets, candy, or any other processed foods (like frozen pizza, frozen entrees), bags of junk food (like chips/nachos of any kind).
