Slept 5.5hrs last night.

Tough day. No time to eat properly until 530pm. Had left over coleslaw, a mandarin orange and 3 bowls of homemade chicken barley soup.
125.2 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 59.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
