I've been stuck for the last two weeks after my last fast. Now that I'm feeling better, I think I can do a little fasting again. So, today I will start with a 24 hour fast, then see if I feel like extending it. I'm not good at eating low cal unless I'm fasting, so it's been hard to lose weight on a day to day diet. Back to what works for me. Cheers to you all!
92.1 kg Lost so far: 34.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Erika, once you get going I’m sure you’ll be fine. That’s how I lost my weight, but I just can’t seem to get going. I can’t shake my yellow line!☹️ Have a Tremendous Thursday!🌸

I've done a few days of 20 hour fast. This has reduced my calorie intake. I've lost a little, but haven't recorded it yet. I'm still having a little Covid residual, so I haven't gone into full fasting. I agree, it's hard to get it going, but easier after the first couple of days. Happy weekend!
