Slept 8.8hrs last night in 3 separate shifts. 118/68 52 I have added 1/2 scoop of plant-based protein powder per day to try to reach 70 g protein, as nutritionist recommended. I am mixing it with yogurt and cut up fruit. it is almost edible.
