My weight is all over the place. :( I was shocked when I stepped on the scale today! :o I will be so FOCUSED on my food and workouts to get back on track. WOW, this I'm just floored. Be well and stay safe, everyone.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
