B: 3 water, 1 coffee, 1 apple L: homemade vegetable, bean stew, 1 coffee, 2 water D: tortilla with tomato, extra lean ham, cheese, mayo. pickles, coffee, 2 water Sn: 1/4 c salsa with low salt taco chips, 1 coffee, 3 water (photo error- 1 tortilla meal only (not 2 meals). I re-took photo because I added baby bokchoy leaves) I have not logged in for quite some time, but I am back now.
