It is hard work but I am determined
to stay with it until my clothes fit again😩. I have no energy and today when i took a shower I could hardly stand long enough to wash myself off. I am considering getting a shower chair.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I use one it is very very helpful, one with a back large seat and handles with raised legs

What's sapping your energy? Maybe you need electrolytes? Your weight came down pretty quickly so you likely lost a lot of fluid. You may need a bit of salt.

I find electrolytes help. Rapid weight loss depletes your electrolytes / glycogen.
