There is nothing like seeing the scale numbers go down to keep you really motivated. After a fall last June I started having sciatic nerve pain on my right side. I lolled around in the recliner and ate for entertainment. I still have the pain, but am getting treatment for it.
It’s better but still taunts me everyday. I am back on Atkins and not eating for entertainment.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
