Really didn’t want to log this today but I’m the interests of keeping myself accountable, and giving myself an accurate baseline, I decided I have to.
- Plus, it’s definitely a real eye opener to see how easily and quickly those unwanted pounds come back.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
