As before....my body is dumping out all the trash I've been piling in. Actual weight loss should start by tomorrow. It is so hard to believe all that trash was hanging out in my intestines. I am flushing & xeroxing tonight. No workout today, however the first round of at home dance lessons(daughter's wedding in Sept)...tonight I Electric Slide😹😹😹
96.8 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
