Ate loads of stuff before i got to the FS website, feeling guilty now but will still log them in. Stressful week + sprained ankle -> can't wait till Friday!
58.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
