Happy out with the old….

My new whoop 4 shipped…be here Monday…wish I knew someone to give my whoop 3 to….for free….but not everyone is into knowing more about getting better performance from their body…it still works like it did the day it came out of the box…still wearing it..until I get the new one charged up...I was listening to William hof yesterday on you tube…interesting what he can do…and how it can help you even more….

No nap yesterday…I’m thinking I was fighting off something first part of week…as I had chills as well….instead I walked close to 3 miles..and went up and down one flight of stairs 2times…didn’t want to get to carried away on stairs…but do want to work that into my daily workout….

Was on scale yesterday…up a pound..but who knows if it weight or muscle…people are noticing my tummy shrinking…even looking in mirror I can see a difference…but I’m not where I want to be…it’s no longer about the weight…but maintaining where I’m at…just as hard as getting the weight off…

O no…say I didn’t see it right..weather just said snow on Thursday…it won’t be enough to worry about…temps are still to warm here…and more rain today….

Another no ride today..rest my body…get rested for a fantastic ride tomorrow…start the new year off right…but on Strava…it does make everyone wonder why I’m not riding like usual…lol…

Well…need to change the bed…laundry day..then dressed and a morning walk…get this day started….but I’d rather be riding…lol…

You might check with the health aids, maybe they know someone who would like your whoop.

Ty spinning….I’ve asked the nurses and aids here..most have apple watches….and then there are those that it’s over their heads….I have the original box it came in and everything…I’m sure I’ll get rid of it eventually….

Whoop and apple both track differently….whoop isn’t a watch…is more along the line of tracking body fluctuations…
