Super excited. My last official weigh-in of 2021 and I hit a milestone. 70lb down and 70lb to go. My long-term goal is to get back to 198. I started at 338. So, I'm halfway there. That's my Christmas gift to myself.
121.6 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Congratulations! Great job. You didn’t finish your sentence about your long term goal—- get back to 198 and stay there. Loosing weight is never the issue. Most people can ultimately do that, but as you are doing so keep your eye on the future and constantly try to create and build on habits that will serve you well in maintenance.
