Sn 830pm: coffee, 1/2 banana, 3 mandarin oranges, 3 cranberry almond cookies, 2 water

My sore back a little bit better, used pedal exerciser for 20 minutes, did physio exercises
129.5 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 63.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
