Slept 8.3hrs total. To bed 135am. To sleep 210am. Awake 810am (6.0hrs). To sleep 842am. Awake 1057am (2.3hrs)

To much on agenda today, no time for breakfast or lunch.
I also walked in an indoor pool today for 1 hour, at waist to chest level. No pain in knees at all. The time just zoomed past because I enjoyed it so much. But 1 hour after I got home I could hardly move because my lower back hurt so much. It is easy to overdo it in the pool, as you feel no pain. My goal is to swim or do aquatic exercises in pool 3 times per week.

As the back pain was so bad, I could not stand to cook a proper meal for supper, so had peanut butter & banana on toast. I took 2 Tylenol and later 1 Aleve as a last resort. They kicked in by about 10pm so I then made a grilled cheese sandwich.
129.9 kg Lost so far: 27.0 kg.    Still to go: 63.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Those Sammys both look delicious! A pretty good option for a less than ideal day. - I’m not a swimmer (nearly drowned at 10 and too chicken to try afterwards) so I had never thought of using the pool for exercise. Something to think about. I think I could just about manage that.
