Slept 8.3hrs total. Nap yesterday 1044am. Awake 300pm (2.5hrs). To bed 213am. To sleep 225am. Awake 815am (5.8hrs)

D 442pm: scalloped potatoes & beans, Black Bean, Cabbage & Veggie soup, 1/4 c cashews, 2 water
Sn 524pm: 10 grain crackers, melted McLaren's aged cheddar, 1/4 c walnuts, 3 water

lots of physio exercises today, sitting and laying down. Moderate pain. Very tired.
