Made it to the gym twice this week as planned despite the heat. Dreading a bunch of volunteer work I was dumb enough to step up for this weekend when I could really use some down time.

Luckily, the dogs are keeping me busy but above all, HAPPY!
96.6 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

your gym - is it indoors w/AC? Not trying to be a smart ass, just wondering why the heat outside would be an issue. If it isn't AC'd then I would certainly understand! My gym often is overly cold.

Heat sucks the energy right out of me, too. We are getting some cooler weather this weekend, but I'm hurting too much to take advantage of it. Enjoy your doggies and try to enjoy the volunteer work, although I can understand why you would want the down-time.
