I'm back. doing worse than ever and so disappointed in myself. I'm going through a bunch of health tests right now and dealing with a bad mental state. I'm determined to get under 200 lbs within the next year. wish me luck guys!

I was slightly higher when I started and now have only a few weeks to get under 200. I’m older and have a hard time always being able to move. If I can you can. Make a mommy part of your refrigerator with foods that you can always grab. It takes about a month to adjust with what food routines work best but then you’ll be rolling along and showing us some new things.✨

don't be so hard on yourself... what you have going on is a perfect storm... don't get on the scale if you think it will help heal your mind...it is a difficult time of year for some and if happen to on the darker side of things keep coming here for positive encouraging words. Above everything else please feel good about the progress you made in the past and keep up that hard work the benefits will come back soon enough 💪😉🙏
