well after being septic in the icu for 3 days and 3 more in the regular hospital really takes a toll on your body. doing better now thank God

I'm 4 days post op from an L5/S1 discectomy and laminectomy. doing ok just resting and staying on top of the pain. been lost some weight pre surgery and plan to keep on doing that. hopefully my quality of life will be better now.
