Morning weigh in of 217.4. Was up five times last night to pee, so body still shedding that extra water from the carb overload of last weekend/early week. Weight lifting today and targeting a 1000 calorie deficit.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 48.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
