I did a lot better this week controlling my portions. I bowled in the Arkansas Senior Olympics yesterday and won a gold medal in the women's doubles and a bronze medal in the mixed doubles. I didn't think I bowled very well, but my partners made up for it. Who said I had to be good? The only good score I had was at Cato's during lunch break where I found a pair of much needed white slacks for $4.33. Anyway it was a lot of fun. A lot of senior show up for this event, some have never bowled before one man that won a gold medal was 94 years old. He actually bowled pretty good.

Congrats on both the weight loss and the medals. Maybe once I reach "senior" status, I'll have a chance at bowling, lol.
