Thanks to everyone for the positive comments on my Journal. Golf is coming along too. I think my weight loss has done a lot for my coordination and agility. I can't forget to mention my confidence improved also. I try really hard to encourage everyone that is working hard to improve their health, I love to see them succeed. By helping others, I help myself because I have to set a good example.
