I am FINALLY in the 180's at 189.8. It's been a long hard journey...now to get through the "80's" I'm sure there will be many more ups and downs coming up, but I've been waiting for this for a long time!
86.1 kg Lost so far: 34.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks everyone. I think about Christmas a lot. Keto Thanksgiving did not go over well, so I will cook as usual, but make small dishes for me, drippings instead of gravy, sugar fee cranberry sauce, no stuffing, low carb dessert. I have a Christmas party to go to on the weekend in Toronto, it will be a kind of practice run...
