OK back to the drawing board...went up after Sicily :) no use fretting... it was so relaxing, forgot what gym workout feels like but thoroughly enjoyed my session this morning :) good to be back!
58.1 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
