Fasting since Monday night until 1:00 pm today. 40 h0urs. I want to try a 5 day fast after today's social event until next Monday, I can drink tea, coffee and bone broth without breaking the fast and to give me trace minerals and electrolytes. I'm curious to see how this goes.
I read that re-feeding after a fast can pack the eight back on so I intend to ease back into eating with a couple of days of high nutrient smoothies and then add back only whole foods, no processed stuff.
I'm excited and curious about trying this plan and I have an experienced fasting guide to support me .
Debbie did an amazing job on her long fast, not sure I can do that but I'm inspired to continue with shorter ones and intermittent fasting on my eating days.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
