I bought all sorts of healthy products at Costco today, a few foods I have never used for cooking or I have never eaten before; like chia, and coconut milk.
I also bought 1 item as a treat, the Kirkland Trail Mix, consisting of mixed nuts, raisins and a sprinkling of M&M's. It was a test to see if I could eat it in moderation as an evening snack, max 1/3 cup per day, which is the serving size. I blew it this first evening, having 3 servings (1 cup). I failed my own test on day 1. I will try again on Nov 12, as I have already eaten the snacks for the 10th & 11th already.
