Slept 6.1 hrs last night. To bed 253am. To sleep 302am. Awake 917am.
1230pm BM, 407pm BM

Sn 200am: 8 cups popcorn binge, half with spices, half with peanut butter mixed with water & brown sugar to make syrup.
B 930am coffee, water
L 303pm: 2 bowls homemade Tri-Colour Bean Soup, 3 water
D 842am: whole wheat tortilla, zucchini, onion, mushroom frittata w parmesan, 2 water
Sn 900pm: 1 banana oatmeal toast, 1 tsp cream cheese, 4 prunes, coffee, 3 water

Cramps in my stomach after eating all that popcorn. Very uncomfortable. Regrets soon after.

Protein 54.90, Sodium 1244mg, Calories 1300, 10 cups water
