D 604pm: pork loin, carrots, broccoli, yellow potato, cherries with yogurt, 2 water
Sn 1056pm: 2 banana oatmeal toast, 4 prunes, aged cheddar, 1 tsp butter, 2 water, decaf coffee
132.7 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 66.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
