Slept 6.6hrs last night. To bed 337am. To sleep 355pm. Awake 1030am by alarm,
1050am Resting BP 127/74 57 irreg.

B 1130am: 100g oat porridge w 1/2 banana, 40g yogurt. leftover veggie turkey on tortilla, 2 decaf. coffee, water
L 223pm: leftover dinner from yesterday- potato, mixed veg, pork tenderloin, mustard, water
D 1020pm: 5 Greek dolmades, 2 sl. lean turkey, zucchini, tomato, onion, feta, quinoa
Sn 1115pm: 80g Bing cherries, water

Could not stay awake. Nap slept 4.7hrs this afternoon & evening. To bed 415pm. To sleep 444pm. Awake 924pm. (I will add this to sleep tomorrow, Nov 2nd.
132.6 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 66.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
