I've been out of sight for about a month. Since this included a wedding and a 2.5 week RV trip, I'm feeling better than okay being up only a pound. We did a lot of walking, but that was balanced out by wine and pancake breakfasts. The trip was fun. We saw beautiful places in their fall glory, did some culture stops and lots of walks in the woods. So, back home and it's the first of the new month. Time to get disciplined about dropping the next few pounds. Best to you all FS friends!
