Slept 6.4hrs last night. To bed 514am. Awake 1139am.

B 354am: 2 Greek dolmades, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, 10 brown rice crackers, water
L 124pm: Oat porridge, 1/2 banana, 40g yogurt, decaf coffee
D 658pm: panko chicken pieces, stir-fried baby bok choy, 1 yellow potato, honey mustard+yogurt dip, water
Sn 1145pm: 1 slice banana oatmeal bread homemade, 1 tsp butter, water

I am trying to add more protein daily going from 30-50g daily to 70g daily. Today I reached 79.35g Protein & had 1325 calories. (Dr. & Nutritionist orders on Oct 25 video appointment as my hair is falling out pretty badly)

I was really tired when I got home, but I was also very hungry, but I made dinner anyway, trying to add more protein while keeping my meal low in calories. I decided to make air-fried chicken breast slices, dipped in cornstarch, then beaten egg, then Panko crumbs. I got protein from 2 sources, both the chicken & the egg.

But I cut my right index finger quite badly while trying to slice a partially frozen chicken breast into thin slices for dipping. As I take blood thinners, I bled quite badly, 'like a stuffed pig'. My blood was all over the raw chicken breast. I wrapped my right finger in kitchen tea towel, and quickly washed off the chicken with my good hand, as as did not want my own recycled blood to become a 3rd source of protein in my dinner 🤢. Then I went to my first-aid kit to patch myself up
132.7 kg Lost so far: 24.2 kg.    Still to go: 66.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope the finger heals up soon.

It has already started healing. I used a water-proof band-aid with a smear of antibiotic ointment, pulled very tightly over the cut which went into the base of my fingernail. it stopped the bleeding. I also skipped the blood thinner pill last evening. It worked as I just took it off, and all is good, the two sides of the cut are together, and appears not to be swelling, or red, so no infection either. Meal Prep + Fatigue = Accidental CUT
