I was about to get discouraged and I’ve lost 2 lbs. I’m not so discouraged now.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have always had a body image problem. When I didn’t have a problem I would still think I had a weight problem. Now I have serious medical issues and need to 50 some odd lbs.
