Ok, now that's much better!!! I lost .6 pounds yesterday and am down to 239!

Got an 8 mile bike ride in and have to work until late tonight. Will someone come over and make me dinner?!?!?!? Lol

Have a great Therapy Thursday.

108.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
