Lindart's Journal, 16 Oct 21

Well, I gained over Thanksgiving, even not cheating, but portions maybe were high? I did have Keto Cheesecake which was delicious, but high in calories. I even made keto stuffing (no one liked it) keto gravy (it was OK), sugar free cranberry sauce, and my brother's delicious rum-pumpkin pie sat in the fridge all week without me touching it as did butter tarts and ice-cream in the freezer. It's so disheartening to be so "good" and still gain weight. There were "normal foods on the table as well, regular cranberry sauce, potatoes, desserts, but I didn't eat any of them. I kept to my own, and had mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes.

Don’t be discouraged.. it could be extra salt intake. Just keep on keeping on..,

I was thinking the same thing - maybe increased sodium. Stay the course; you’ve got this!

butter tarts and an October Thanksgiving. Oh Canada 🇨🇦🎼🎶. Making it through an eating holiday and remaining near neutral is a massive victory when compared to the damage done by just letting loose!. You did great!
