ate 3000 calories yesterday. 2000 at dinner. I feel a bit out of sorts, but a clean day and some exercise should fix that.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
