Ok so I know it's just water weight but it's still a massive motivator that all the hard work is paying off.

More importantly, my blood sugar level has dropped almost 5 points which is what I really want.

It makes me mad that I know how to fix me, but it's taken so long to get back into the right frame of mind to do so.

80kgs here I come.
132.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
