Up today, not suprisingly. KFC for supper lol, suppose that would do it, and I am sure it will show tomorrow again when I weigh. Any hoo, it tasted good :)

Today is a low cal day to make up for it. Biggest meal will be supper, not sure what it is yet, will have to decide still.
91.5 kg Lost so far: 37.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
