L 200pm: 1.5 cups homemade veggie soup no fat no meat, English muffin with banana & hazelnut spread
S 700pm: 41g whole wheat tortilla, 2 tbsp mayo, cucumber, tomato, lean ham, cauliflower, asparagus, banana, water
Sn: none

This evening had to fast as having barium tests tomorrow in hospital, so no late night snack.
131.6 kg Lost so far: 25.3 kg.    Still to go: 65.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
