The plan worked! Got a 208.2 weigh in after my daily 16:8 fast and an 875 calorie treadmill workout. Will eat a little now and then will have dinner out with friends tonight. That will be iced tea and something moderate. Too close to the April 1 goal to lose it now!

Thank you, friends! Just getting in from dinner and a lot of gabbing. Had a sirloin steak, mixed veggies, and a salad at Outback. Iced tea as promised! Should be a pretty easy calorie hit. Need to go out to the Outback site and count it up.
