Thank you so much. I think moderate eating is the best way to loose weight. When you feel more, that means the sign you need to stop eating. Just drink water or tea and wait for a while. You feel that’s enough for your tummy.

Great job Harapeko. When you first joined I just had a feeling that you were one of those that would succeed and be able to maintain for the long haul. Was I right or what? Congratulations!!!!

To Kenna: Oh, my!! Thank you for your warm message. I just wanted to do little by little. I think any goal you plan to achieve is just only keep going everyday and never give up. When you are tired, just rest yourself and forget. Then, start again. Now, I have to keep my goal. There is no ”FINISH” in your life. Thank you again.
