Someone asked about my BMI and if I lose just 17 more pounds I will be slightly overweight. :)
82.1 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I lose 800gms and I will be in the normal weight category

Before you notice, you'll already have reached your goal. Just don't pay too much attention to time because it seems like it takes longer to pass when we do :)

Yes, I should be patient with myself. Over the past month I have lost five pounds I think. So I am really happy with that. :)
