I'm not sure why my weight isn't recording at all on this challenge(one-derland Lent/Easter), which is really disappointing, because i wanted to share how wonderfully this challenge is working for me...so if anyone is reading it and you're interested, keep reading. I started this challenge deciding to do "no white" during Lent. This included no extra salt or salty snacks, no sugar or sugary snacks and treats, no white flour, no white bread, no white rice and no white pasta. It sort of morphed into no bread, rice, pasta or salty snacks whatsoever. The first few days not much happened and then all of a sudden, it seemed to be melting off!! The weight has been coming off so quickly I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I've discussed this online with others and this seems to be OK, as long as the weight loss is accompanied by exercise and some resistance training to ensure that your muscle mass is maintained.

I'm astounded by the results and am not quite sure what to think of this. I went out for dinner yesterday, had almost 1/2 a rotisserie chicken and still lost weight, over 1/2 a lb. I guess my body just doesn't deal well with carbs. Anyway, hope this is encouraging to anyone who might read this and good luck to you.
