Ate breakfast yesterday and was hungry within two hours and hungry after lunch too. Added some milk and fruit plus Ezekiel break so net carbs were uo to around 60. Wanna include fruit and bread but don't like the hinger they generate for me.
100.0 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 32.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yes, I have to keep the carbs out to avoid sparking hunger for more. Fruit and bread cause a release of the hunger hormones for me.
