B 915am: 100g oat porridge, 45g raspberries, yogurt, decaf, water
L 140pm: 1/4 whole wheat tortilla, 1/4 cup each of bean sprouts, peppers, cucumber, tomato, and hummus, beets
S 600pm: 1/2 cup pasta with 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce, parmesan, tossed salad w vinaigrette
Sn 700pm: 3 whole grain seed crackers, 2 slivers Balderson aged cheddar, 3 almonds,
2 apple slices, 2 oz white non-alcoholic wine, water
135.7 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 69.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
