njashka8's Journal, 19 Mar 14

My weight is up quiet a bit but I`ve been sticking to my diet the last few days so I`m thinking/hoping `some of it is waterweight and that I`ll be back down around friday.
On another note we have recently decided to move back overseas. So apart from making it as easy as possible for my kids to adjust and organizing everything my own personal goals are;

-Make use of the beautiful weather and walk/jog along the beach as much as possible before we go.

-Get to and maintain my goalweight (51kg-52kg)latest by june.

-Do home exercises daily to tone up arms, stomach, thighs.

This might Sound incredibly vain but I`d love to go back looking all fit and thin. When I left I was 4 months pregnant with my first baby and the first(and still the only) of all my friends there to have children.
I used to be around 50kg and really lean and I`d hate for everyone to say I`ve gotten really big and let myself go!
I can`t really tell anyone about this because most people tell me I look fine and should`t worry about these things so I`m writing it down here.

Hope everyones doing well!

Yeah, big changes like that are almost definitely water/bowel content fluctuations lol. My scale has constantly been back and forth" the last weeks ;) Don't stop drinking water though because it helps keep metabolism up. With any luck, you will be able to move before the summer "attacks" down there heheh :D Good luck with the moving process! May everything go smooth! It may not be as easy to go back to that weight but you can do it! :) I think everyone will understand you had a kid though and that, often times, has a big effect on your weight. Thanks! ;)

I wouldn't place so much value in what others think as long as you are happy with yourself because that is what they will truly see shining through. Because if you are going to be around them when you move back how much are you going to beat yourself up if you aren't perfect all the time then?

Definitely be comfortable in your present weight. Strive to be your better self but always be comfortable in your own shoes because you're the only one who has actually been in your shoes (hmm, did Confuccio write this? :))
