I'm feeling a little better today and things are almost under control as far as getting well from my intestinal distress.

Amazing discovery today. I took those Ready Pac salads which are pretty low-cal to begin with (today I took the 230 cal Caesar) and threw the dressing away which was about 2 TBP and figured out that it was about 130 calories of the 230! Then I substituted two servings of the Bolthouse Blue Cheese for 35 each for a total of 70, knocking about 70 calories off my total and ending up with a low-cal delicious salad.

Praying for a full recovery by end of week.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

glad you're getting better. the stomach stuff can be pretty nasty. just got some of the bolthouse dressing, but haven't tried it yet (can't open somethiing new until i've gotten rid of all the old stuff, little bit ocd about things like that). glad to hear it's good.

That was one humdinger of a stomach flu! So relieved that things are looking and feeling better with each day. Yay for lower cal salad dressing. Great discovery.
