Hehe, looks like yoyo! Had pilates class last night and a power spinning class just after that - thought i would burn some today, but neh! Anyway, i will not let the scales frustrate me today! it's Friday night, celebrating my friend's birthday so will be dancing the night away! the calorie burn on this is amazing and i love it!Have a good weekend folks!

Dancing is great exercise and fun. That is why I take zumba. Dancing is also one of the few exercise that use all parts of your brain. Cool huh?
