Slept 6.7hrs last night. To bed 155am. To sleep 225am. Awake 900am. Resting BP 155am: 122/96 101 irreg. Resting BP 900am: 118/79 57 irreg. Day 5 of no BM. B 930am: Metamucil, 1/2 c decaf, Red River porridge, blueberries yogurt L 135pm: orange, water S 630pm: salad & vinaigrette, baked potato, 150g of a striploin steak (forgot to take photo) Sn 1100pm: apple & peanut butter, 2 sq. 70% dark chocolate Did chores for my elderly parents in their 90's. Cooked them supper. Started a slow cooker for them of a batch of beef barley vegetable soup, to cook on low overnight. I used the left-over striploin steak in the soup. First steak in more than 2 years. Tasted good. Thought something totally different might jolt my digestive system into loosing again.

Make sure you drink lots of water otherwise the Metamucil won’t work as well. I find restoralax very helpful with my issues. It’s safe to use long term vs many other things that aid with BMs
