Slept 5.1hrs last night. To bed 300am. To sleep 326am. Awake 845an to p. Spent time in bed problem solving & start of plan of action until 936am. I am anxious the phone will ring any moment & I will be in a confrontation. I would like to just go into hibernation and avoid everything. But instead I got up and brushed my teeth and washed my face and went to make breakfast.
Resting BP 300am: 123/91 104
Resting BP 940am: 110/76 55 irreg.
No BM for 4 days.

Breakfast 1123am: Metamucil, 1 ryecrisp, Beans smashed & spicy, 1/2 egg, decaf, water
Lunch 326pm: tortilla with chicken coleslaw hummus, small dill pickle, water
Supper 742pm: potato salad with veggies & spiced bean mixture, 1/2 tomato, water
Snack 1000pm: 2 sq. 70% dark chocolate, 1.5 cups air-popped popcorn, hot chocolate made with hot water

I did get 1 phone call today that I dreaded getting.
And I did accomplish 3 small things on long list, that I needed to do:
1. Apology email to 6 people in group text who expected leadership from me & who I have ignored for 2 months. I promised action & some resolution within the next 2 weeks.
2. Emailed an invoice I needed to sent out. (I have always had trouble asking for money for services I have sold. This is why I was not as financially successful in my business as I should have been, given my talent & creativity. I am retired now, so in the past.
3. Announcement email to same group of 6 people above.
135.4 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 69.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try restoralax instead of Metamucil. I felt like I had tried every remedy and suggestion under the sun.. restoralax was the first thing that actually worked.

And not nearly so nasty to take! I have a big bottle of Lax-a-day here (similar to Restoralax) for occasional use for that exact reason.

I will try Restoralax tomorrow (Sat) morning. I have some samples my Dr. gave me months ago. Just have to find them. I had some 'easy to digest' steak this evening. I am hoping it works tonight!
